Note: The immediate appearance of these workouts applies to the advanced athlete. However, each workout is programmed for all levels of athletes. Each workout is designed to be universally scalable to whatever the capabilities are of the athlete performing the workout. If the Daily Drill contains an exercise that is not able to be completed by an athlete, the athlete can simply visit our SCALING and SUBSTITUTIONS page to find out what exercise can replace that specific exercise in order for the athlete to be able to finish the workout effectively and preserve the stimulus of the workout. If the volume of the workout (number of reps x amount of load) appears to be too much for an athlete, the athlete can simply reduce the number of reps or reduce the amount of weights as needed.
